Kenan is well versed in the science and nature of human performance and specializes in adult and adolescent sport rehabilitation. He is also Mckenzie Certified since 2006, which is a treatment method designed for mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine. When it comes to the mechanics of the human body, Kenan knows.
Kenan knew that helping people was in his future, so after high school he decided to make physical therapy his reality. He graduated from the University of Hartford in 2002 earning his Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, and went on to receive his Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 2004. Kenan now specializes in sports related injuries for both adolescents and adults, and spends his time treating patients out of Performance Physical Therapy's University Place location. Here, Kenan can truly give personalized treatment and attention to each and every on of his patients – in the area that interests his the most: fitness.
Beyond helping athletes rebuild and repair themselves for competition, and working with delicate spinal injuries, Kenan serves as an integral part of spreading the awareness and reputation of Performance Physical Therapy. He continuously goes out to build relationships with local physicians, set up meetings, inservice demonstrations and much more.
